The MOS system, Master of Sound

Behind the creation of an extraordinary product there are many ideas, emotions and choices, and there is passion. The final result of all this elements is MOS, the new high end speaker line, designed to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Macrom, with the aim to be the best speaker ever designed in our labs.

The MOS line in addition to the superb sound performance stands out for its ease of fit and the high configurability of the system. MOS 2 ways systems are available in two variants with 6 "or 5" woofers and a further variant represented by the choice between a traditional woofer or a kick-panel variant. This way they can be met various requirements of installation of a "no compromise" system. The components of the MOS series are not sold as a kit, so is possible to buy the necessary components without duplication of costs.

As all Macrom products also MOS have been developed on the principle that to listen music in your car there is no need to radically and irreversibly change it's interiors. MOS is a 2 way system easy to fit and to calibrate due to a crossover that allows you to adjust the output level of the tweeter to 5 positions and if necessary use a notch filter made from a equalizing cell centered at 5 kHz. Dedicated to installation into the doors MOS woofers are characterized by a regular and extended response in the midrange and large emission angle. The MOS tweeter depth is extremely reduced (15mm) to extend at the maximum the choice of positions for the installation. The system consists of a tweeter, which combine with a woofer, 5 "or 6" size and the crossover MOS.X2P.

bullet MOS Kick Panel system

The kick panel variant use a dedicated crossover and is designed for fitting woofers near wheel level of front dashboard. This smart solution allows the creation of a front soundstage well located and enjoyable by both front passengers. It is proposed with the same tweeter as the standard series, two variants of woofer 5" and 6" size and a specific crossover MOS.X2K.
